Deep Sea AUTO TRANSFER SWITCH CONTROLLER - DS 500

The 500 is an automatic transfer switch control module, designed to monitor the incoming AC mains supply (3 phases) for under voltage.

Should the voltage fall out of limits, the module will issue a start command to the generating set controller. Once the set is available, the ATS module will control the transfer devices and switch the load from the mains to the generating set. Should the mains supply return to within limits the module will command a return to the mains supply and stop requesting the generator.

Deep Sea AUTO MAINS FAILURE 509 - DS 509

The configurable Automatic Mains Failure Model 509 allows many of the industry’s demanding specifications to be acheived. Variations of the unit offer additional functions such as the RS232 interface for remote monitoring by a volt free relay module, annunciator or building management system.

The 509 is used to start a generator on a mains (utility) failure, and transfer the load when the engine’s operating criteria has been met. On restoration of the mains (utility) supply, the engine is returned to standby mode.

Deep Sea MANUAL KEYSTART - DS 511

The Model 511 is a Manual Engine Control Module, which has been designed to allow the OEM to meet most of the industry’s complex specifications. The module is used to start and stop the engine, indicating the operational status and fault conditions; automatically shutting down the engine and indicating the engine failure by a flashing LED and other simultaneous faults by a steady LED on the front panel. Selected operational sequences, timers and alarms can be altered by the customer. Alterations to the system are made by using a PC and the 808 interface. This also provides the operator with real time diagnostic facilities to monitor the operation of the system.

Deep Sea AUTOMATIC START 520 - DS520

The Model 520 is an Automatic Engine Control Module designed to automatically start and stop the engine. It will indicate the operational status and fault conditions, automatically shut down the engine and indicate the engine failure by a flashing LED on the front panel. Other simultaneous faults are indicated by steady LED.

Selected operational sequences, timers and alarms can be altered by the customer by using either the 807 hand held calibration unit or a PC and the 808 interface. This also provides the operator with ‘real-time’ diagnostic facilities to monitor the operation of the system either locally or remotely. Remote PC-controlled engine starting and stopping is also featured.

Deep Sea AUTO TRANSFER SWITCH CONTROLLER - DS 530

The 530 is a fully configurable Automatic Transfer Switch control module. It is designed to monitor the incoming AC mains supply (1 or 3 phases) for under/over voltage and under/over frequency. Should these fall out of limits, the module will issue a start command to the generating set controller. Once the set is available and producing an output within limits, the ATS module will control the transfer devices and switch the load from the mains to the generating set. Should the mains supply return to within limits the module will command a return to the mains supply and shut down the generator after a suitable cooling run. Various timing sequences are used to prevent nuisance starting and supply breaks.
